Research Highlights to Navigate the Next Normal

Across 2020, we’ve been hosting daily calls with HR leaders from different functions and conducted close to 50 research projects to help organizations manage through the pandemic and prepare for the "next" (not so new) normal. 

While these efforts have produced solutions for the present, they’ve also raised questions for the future. At the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now virtual conference, we explored:

• What have we learned that we can replicate or expand? 
• What are the next practices that have emerged in progressive organizations which should be implemented in the future? 
• What haven’t we encountered yet that we need to prepare for in the "next" normal?
